Abstract

The Church which is a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ is presented and is in the midst of a wider community environment.  In social life, the church interacts and is also in a social system in which there is a socio-political mandate as the church's vocation.  The question is how and in what way should the church be involved and take part in the implementation of the socio-political mandate?  So that the presence and existence of the church can provide a role in realizing the three tasks of the church in the midst of social and political life.  In answering this call, one of the roles that can be given by the church is to be involved in the field of education and improving the quality of human resources in the environment where the church is located.  Both from the basic level and up to a higher level.  Especially in building or improving the education of church members.  By empowering its citizens so they can take part in social and political life, building a nation where the church has been placed by God.  Develop and maximize education to form the right character and have a "builder" spirit to build the nation, build the country, and prosper social and political life in the midst of society.
